After only 2 weeks of opening up Exhibitor Registrations for the 2024 National Insect Expo in October, already 27 Exhibitors have registered their expo positions. Remember that there is a limited amount of floor space available so dont delay in registering as soon as possible in order to avoid missing out for this year. Expo Exhibitor Registrations Building Up

Greetings to all National Insect Expo Exhibitors and a warm welcome to our new 2024 exhibition partners. Now that Exhibitor Registrations have opened, we already have 20 exhibit places locked in and confirmed after only a few days. Even though the 4th, 5th and 6th of October is still 213 days away, the event will be upon us faster than you might think, so we are urging you all to get your places locked in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment..

There will be many new exhibitors that we will need to cater for this year and Floor Space is limited. We will be targeting the Metropolitan Market a lot more this year so we will be aiming for visitation numbers over 7000 plus for this years event. Although we had hoped to be moving to a much larger venue this year in the form of the Gisborne Regional Sports Complex, this exciting venue was not available for inspection in time for us to lock in a venue for this year. The Woodend Buffalo Sports Stadium has been fully booked as a result. You may all keep monitoring the Exhibitors List which keeps getting updated daily here: https://cvric.com.au/expo-2023

C.V.R.I.C Expo News and Updates are posted here: 2024 National Insect Expo Page

We would also ask you all to cross promote the event on your websites as much as you can in order to drive internet traffic where it needs to go. This will benefit you all between now and October.

More updates soon.  Cheers, The National Insect Expo Team

CVRIC Director Recovering Well

On the 15th of August 2023, the C.V.R.I.C Director Bert Candusio was rushed to the Bendigo Base Hospital after suffering from acute chest pain.
Doctors were unable to insert stents into the blocked arteries of the heart due to the degree of blockage, so he was rushed to the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne where he underwent a 4 hour open-heart surgery operation to conduct a triple heart by-pass. After three weeks of intensive care, Bert returned to begin a long recovery.

We are happy to report that Berts recovery has progressed well over the past 7 months and he is looking forward to being fully on board for this years National Insect Expo in 2024. Again, all the staff and volunteers here at the C.V.R.I.C would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to the Surgery Team and Surgeons, Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Alfred Hospital for providing the wonderful care Bert received during his stay.

National Insect Expo 2024

Planning for the 2024 National Insect Expo has begun and all of last years exhibitors as well as others interested in getting involved will be emailed soon regarding registrations, dates, venue etc. This years event will be interesting from the amount of international visitors the event attracted last year and we hope to build on that this year. Keep an eye out as our EXPO PAGE will be activated on our website soon.
